On Tuesday morning the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held an informational hearing on the Gableman 2020 Election Report featuring invited speakers Special Counsel and Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and Attorney Eric Kaardal.
During his opening testimony, Justice Gableman listed a series of unlawful acts that took place during the 2020 presidential election. Justice Gableman then called for the decertification of the 2020 presidential election results in the state.
Justice Michael Gableman: Our recommendations are fairly predictable considering what we just covered… The elimination of WEC (Wisconsin Election Commission)… At this point, I believe the legislature ought to take a very hard look at the option of decertification of 2020 Wisconsin Presidential Election.

Following Justice Gableman’s testimony on Wednesday, The Amistad Project released video of Phil Kline’s interview with election clerk Linda Sinkula in September 2021. This interview led to extensive investigations into election irregularities at Wisconsin nursing homes.
The Amistad Project also connected Zuckerberg money to the “voter navigators” — partisan activists who assisted voters – as well as partisan targeting of voters by government entities for enhanced get-out-the-vote efforts.

Madison, Wisconsin/March 1, 2022 — In response to Special Counsel Michael Gableman’s testimony before Wisconsin state lawmakers today, during which he played clips of recorded interviews with Wisconsin nursing home residents and their families, The Amistad Project released video footage of the explosive interview that first tipped investigators off to the existence of voting irregularities in Wisconsin nursing homes.
The Amistad Project became aware of irregularities in Wisconsin nursing homes after Phill Kline interviewed an election clerk on September 27. In that interview, Linda Sinkula indicated that she had concerns that it “wouldn’t be a fair election” due to the influence of private funding, and stated that one of her colleagues “knew how the outcome was going to come in November” after learning that people came in and systematically registered residents and apparently voted for residents who do not normally vote. Under state law, Special Voting Deputies, one from each party, are required to be present to assist nursing home residents with absentee ballots.
“From that interview, Amistad continued its investigation into nursing homes, and these videos are the fruits of that investigation,” said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project. “It is now possible to share that original interview, which led to extensive investigations that uncovered significant evidence of wrongdoing.
“We tied Zuckerberg money to this, and Special Counsel Gableman is now saying that private funding may have violated state bribery statutes,” Kline added, noting that Amistad’s initial investigations in Wisconsin uncovered evidence that private funds were connected to the use of so-called “voter navigators” – partisan activists who assisted voters – as well as partisan targeting of voters by government entities for enhanced get-out-the-vote efforts.
“The videos that Special Counsel Gableman played for legislators today reveal a coordinated effort to engage in harvesting fraudulent ballots.
