Kari Lake called for recalls against the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer yesterday on John Solomon’s Just The News.
She specifically slammed Bill Gates and Stephen Richer, “the two men in charge of this election who started a Super PAC to raise money and try to defeat me.”
The election in Maricopa County was a crap show.
On Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates.
The Gateway Pundit reported on testimony by County Elections Director Scott Jarrett, where he potentially perjures himself and admits to the intentional printer setting change that caused this failure.
Additionally, as demonstrated in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the election, roughly 300,000 ballots were transported to a third-party election service with no chain of custody documentation.
Stephen Richer admitted to major chain of custody failures and potential law violations during Lake’s Maricopa County Superior Court trial.
Richer oversaw early voting and founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans PAC, a dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda.
Maricopa County Chairman Bill Gates, who oversaw the Election Day operation in Maricopa County, openly rooted against Trump-Endorsed candidates, calling their win in the primaries a “catastrophe” and saying, “I think they are electable, which is frightening.”
Bill Gates and Stephen Richer also co-starred in an ad by Never-Trump groups to discredit auditors of Maricopa County’s 2020 election and attack supporters of the audit like Trump-Endorsed Republican candidates.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the 2022 Midterm election.
Kari Lake filed an appeal to this decision, and the morning of January 24th was reserved for a conference and oral argument. Read the full Arizona Court of Appeals order here.
Kari Lake also filed a petition in the Arizona Supreme Court to transfer her election lawsuit directly to the State Supreme Court. Read the full petition here!
Lake stated that she believes there was “malicious intent” in the County elections officials’ handling of the 2022 Midterm.
Lake: We need to recall every one of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, especially Bill Gates and Stephen Richer, the two men in charge of this election who started a Super PAC to raise money and try to defeat me. And then they’re in charge of the election when I’m on the ballot. They are unprofessional, they’re incompetent, and I believe there was malicious intent in those men’s behavior when it came to our elections. So we have a lot of work to do, but it’s not going to happen with a person like Katie Hobbs stealing the governor’s office.
