Joe Biden on Tuesday traveled to New York City to discuss his ‘Infrastructure law’ funding for the Hudson River Project.
Biden delivered remarks at the West Side Rail Yard where he announced a $292 million grant for the Hudson Tunnel project.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer joined Biden on Tuesday.
