Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Tampa, Florida to deliver remarks on Social Security and Medicare at the University of Tampa.
Biden has repeatedly lied about Republicans’ plans to slash Social Security and Medicare.
GOP Senator Rick Scott called Biden out on his lies as he arrived in Tampa on Thursday.
