J6 defendant Isaac Thomas reached out to The Gateway Pundit today to let us know that he is grateful for all of our readers who have supported him along his journey.
Isaac had his J6 case dismissed with prejudice, meaning the Department of Justice will not be able to charge him again for crimes related to January 6th.
He was originally scheduled to go to trial on March 7th for charges of assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon. The weapon in question was a plastic Trump flag. As of the day he was pardoned, no officer had come forward and accused Isaac of assault. The official victim listed on his case was “Congress”
Isaac denied the allegations of violence and said that he was falsely accused because of his political beliefs. He explained that after being charged, he was evicted from his home, lost his job, and then had his bail revoked for not having an address to use for the court.
The media smeared him as a violent insurrectionist but never bothered to look into the facts and evidence that was presented in his case.

Isaac provided The Gateway Pundit with these videos from his time at the protest that day. He can be heard telling protesters, “Don’t break anything guys,” and even thanked an officer for their service that had been kind to the protesters.
Throughout the last couple of years, we have followed Isaac’s story. Starting with his journey in foster care and ending up on the front lines on January 6th. He has had one hell of an experience for being a 22-year-old young man.
His attorney Steven Metcalf celebrated the dismissal of his case stating:
“It has been a true honor to work with Isaac throughout these last few years. This young man’s story has inspired me in many ways to fight harder as an attorney and has redefined what justice meant for me in the courtroom.”
“Isaac has become more than just a client or stack of paperwork, he is my friend. I’m very glad that he will get to move on with his life now and continue his journey towards getting justice for foster children. I look forward to working with him on some of those cases going forward.”
Isaac still has approximately $6,000 dollars in legal bills, so for now he has kept his GiveSendGo account active.
You can support Isaac by visiting his GiveSendGo and by praying for him and his continued fight for justice.
Isaac leaves us with this message:
“After four years of being targeted by the communist Biden regime, I have just been informed that President Trump has granted me Clemency and that the DOJ is dismissing my January 6th case!!
“I spent seven months in pretrial confinement at the DC Gulag (four of those months in solitary confinement with roaches the size of quarters), was evicted from my home, lost a job that I loved, and lost many family and friends. But somehow I came out of this stronger and closer to God than I’ve ever been! They will never break us!!
“Throughout this process I have been blessed to meet a ton of patriotic Americans who have become family to me. People like Treniss Evans and Jalise Middleton, Jake Lang and Marie Goodwyn, Suzzanne Monk, Paula Crowder Calloway and of course my amazing attorney Steven Metcalf, and so many others who stood with us through every day of this terror.”
Thank you again to Jim Hoft and the amazing patriots in The Gateway Pundit audience.”
“Without all of you, we would have never survived this.”
“These unfortunate events have forged a community full of the most passionate, loving people that our country has to offer. It reminds me of how good God is and how he always has a plan for everything that happens to his people.”
“Praise Jesus for His faithfulness!”
“Welcome back President Trump!!”
Thank you to all of our TGP readers for making a difference, let freedom ring!!!
