President Trump is scheduled to hold his first of two press conferences at 1 pm ET today, where he says he will discuss reciprocal tariffs during an executive order signing.
President Trump is scheduled to hold another press conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 5:10 pm ET.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump told reporters on Wednesday that he will hold a press conference today “to read to you some of the names that hundreds of millions and even billions of dollars have been given to.”
This comes one day after Elon Musk said DOGE was investigating how government workers mysteriously accrued millions of dollars and revealed other instances of waste, fraud, and abuse on Tuesday.
President Trump said that out of a list of 200 expenditures, only 3 looked “reasonable.”
The President is scheduled to sign executive orders at 1 pm ET. He said he will also hold a news conference on the reciprocal tariffs he is expected to sign into law.
In a Truth Social post this morning, President Trump announced, “NEWS CONFERENCE ON RECIPROCAL TARIFFS TODAY, 1:00 P.M., THE OVAL OFFICE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!“
It is unclear whether the President will make bombshell announcements during this press conference or later today.
The signing and press conference are expected to begin momentarily after a short delay.
