Secretary Sean Duffy sent New York Governor Kathy Hochul a letter informing her of the Trump Administration’s decision to “terminate” the program.
Trump declared victory in a cheeky social media post.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul said she is taking Trump to court over ending the city’s congestion pricing.
