Senator John Kennedy has come up with a solution for the Democrat Party’s problems.
The senator from Louisiana made an appearance on Fox News on Wednesday, where he urged members of the Democratic Party to just “try harder not to suck.”
He explained:
In terms of Democrats, I’ve got a lot of friends who are Democrats, and they haven’t asked me for advice. But if they did, I’d tell them, look, you’ve just got to try harder not to suck.
I mean, think about it. Over the past four years, the Democrats mismanaged Congress, they mismanaged COVID, they mismanaged the economy, they mismanaged inflation, they mismanaged the national debt, they mismanaged Afghanistan.
More recently, in their opposition to President Trump and Mr. Musk, the Democrats have chosen to support the bureaucrats and the spending porn over the American taxpayer, just like they support illegal immigration over the rule of law, just like they support transgender athletes over women’s sports, just like they support Hamas terrorists over Israel.
All Democrats are not like this, but the party is controlled right now by people who majored in online activism with a minor in puberty blockers. I know these people, they think men can breastfeed.
They’re triggered by race, they cry if you use the wrong pronoun. And most of the time, Americans look at this and they go, these people are about ten times past normal. And that’s what’s killing the Democrats right now, in my opinion.

Earlier this month, Kennedy went on a similar rant about Democrats who are furious about Donald Trump’s decision to gut USAID and save the American taxpayer billions of dollars in foreign aid.
He said at the time:
You can’t make an omelet without breaking some eggs. Now, President Trump ran for office saying, I’m going to review every single penny in the federal budget. Now, how are you going to review the spending in the federal budget without reviewing the spending?
And that’s what Mr. Musk is doing. Now, many of my Democratic colleagues and some of the tofu-eating Wookerati at the USAID are screaming like they’re part of a prison riot because they don’t want us reviewing the spending.
But that’s all Mr. Musk is doing, and he’s finding some pretty interesting stuff. To my friends who are upset, I would say with respect, you know, call somebody who cares. They better get used to this. It’s USAID today. It’s going to be Department of Education tomorrow.
