The Department of Education has launched a portal aimed at finishing off Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) once and for all.
In a press release, the department announced that it had launched EndDEI.Ed.Gov, which it describes as “public portal for parents, students, teachers, and the broader community to submit reports of discrimination based on race or sex in publicly-funded K-12 schools.”
“The secure portal allows parents to provide an email address, the name of the student’s school or school district, and details of the concerning practices,” the release states.
”The Department of Education will use submissions as a guide to identify potential areas for investigation.”
The press release also quoted the support of Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, a parental rights organization that pushes back against indoctrination in America’s public schools.
Justice explained:
For years, parents have been begging schools to focus on teaching their kids practical skills like reading, writing, and math, instead of pushing critical theory, rogue sex education and divisive ideologies—but their concerns have been brushed off, mocked, or shut down entirely.
Parents, now is the time that you share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools.
This webpage demonstrates that President Trump’s Department of Education is putting power back in the hands of parents.
Last month, the department issued an ultimatum to all federally funded educational institutions to eliminate all DEI programs within 14 days or lose all access to federal funding.
“The law is clear: treating students differently on the basis of race to achieve nebulous goals such as diversity, racial balancing, social justice, or equity is illegal under controlling Supreme Court precedent,” the order states.
“All students are entitled to a school environment free from discrimination. The Department is committed to ensuring those principles are a reality.”
Donald Trump’s pick for Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, has yet to be formally confirmed to the position.
However, McMahon’s nomination will likely be voted on this week and is expected to pass by a comfortable margin.
“President Trump believes that the bureaucracy in Washington should be abolished so that we can return education to the states, where it belongs,” she wrote to Democratic Senators currently refusing to support her.
“I wholeheartedly support and agree with this mission,” she continued.
