Hunter Biden Admits He is ‘Millions of Dollars in Debt’ and Too Broke to Continue Lawsuit Against Former Trump Aide

Hunter Biden’s gravy train may have finally ground to a halt.

The son of former President Joe Biden, who enriched himself and his father through his corrupt dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, is dropping a lawsuit against former Trump aide Garrett Ziegler after revealing that he is “millions of dollars in debt.”

In a letter sent to Ziegler’s lawyer this week obtained by MailOnline, Hunter’s attorney acknowledges that his client “lacks the resources to continue this litigation at this time.”

The letter added that his financial woes “have been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in early January upended Plaintiff’s life by rendering his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time.”

On Wednesday, Hunter’s attorney, Brian Sullivan, formally submitted their request to the judge, effectively bringing the case to a close.

Hunter sued Ziegler, who worked in the White House under the last administration, alleging violations of federal and California privacy laws.

The suit claimed that Ziegler unlawfully accessed, manipulated, and disseminated data purportedly from Hunter’s infamous laptop and an encrypted iPhone backup without consent.

Sullivan insisted that the lawsuit retained a “factual and legal basis” on the grounds that Zielger had successfully hacked Hunter’s iCloud, although he cannot afford to continue litigation.

He admitted that his client had “suffered a significant downturn in his income over the past 18 months with reduced book and art sales, which has been his main source of income over the prior years.”

They added that Hunter is planning to leave California and will, therefore, “focus his time and resources dealing with his relocation, the damage he has incurred due to the fires, and paying for his family’s living expenses as opposed to this litigation.”

The 52-year-old problem child was last year convicted of tax evasion and a firearms offense, for which he could have faced prison time.

However, his father issued his son a full and unconditional pardon last December, despite repeatedly promising never to do so.

The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election,” Biden said in a statement at the time.

“No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong.”
