JUST IN: Fired Biden-Appointed Chairwoman of Merit Systems Protection Board Reinstates 6,000 Probationary Workers

Nearly 6,000 probationary workers at the Department of Agriculture were reinstated on Wednesday after fired Biden holdover Hampton Dellinger fought to restore the employees.

The Trump Administration recently fired thousands of probationary workers at the Department of Agriculture.

Trump fired Hampton Dellinger last month but corrupt Obama appointed judge Amy Berman Jackson reinstated him (the DC Circuit Court of Appeals has since allowed his firing to proceed).

In the meantime, Hampton Dellinger sought to block President Trump from firing the thousands of probationary employees.

Cathy Harris, the Biden-appointed chairwoman of the Merit Systems Protection Board who was also fired by Trump – then reinstated by another corrupt Obama judge – ordered the reinstatement of the 6,000 employees.

Judge Contreras, an Obama appointee, granted a permanent injunction on Tuesday reinstating Cathy Harris.

The Office of Special Counsel prosecutes cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board so Cathy Harris worked with Hampton Dellinger to reinstate the fired workers.

NPR reported:

An independent federal board has ordered the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to temporarily reinstate close to 6,000 employees fired since Feb. 13, finding reasonable grounds to believe the agency acted illegally in terminating them.

The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) issued a stay, ordering the USDA to return the fired workers to their jobs for 45 days while an investigation continues. The MSPB acts as an internal court to consider federal employees’ complaints against the government.

The order, from board member Cathy Harris, covers probationary employees who received identical termination letters informing them that, based on their performance, they had not demonstrated that their further employment “would be in the public interest.”
