Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had an embarassing slip of the tongue during an event on Friday.
Addressing a town hall in Colorado, AOC demanded that the Democratic Party does more to oppose President Trump and his America First agenda.
“We need a Democratic Party that farts… fight harder for us,” she declared.

AOC was ranting against the Democratic Party establishment and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer after they voted in favor of a funding bill that will keep the government running until the end of September.
After the bill was approved, AOC said she felt a “deep sense of outrage and betrayal” at the Democratic leadership.
“Just to see Senate Democrats even consider acquiescing Elon Musk — I think it is a huge slap in the face,” she complaiend at the time.
The event was part of Bernie Sanders’ “Fight Oligarchy” tour in which he and other left-wing lawmakers rage against Elon Musk and the cuts being made by his Department of Government Efficiency.
“Over the course of the next few weeks I’ll be hitting the road to have real discussions across America on how we move forward to take on the Oligarchs and corporate interests who have so much power and influence in this country,” the tour’s website states.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit earlier this week,Sanders’ team sent out an email advising everyone planning to attend to wear a mask and stay home if they believe they are suffering from COVID-19.
“Masks are advised for all attendees of this event,” the email reads.
“Anyone experiencing a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 is asked to stay home and not attend.”
Attendees were also warned that bags, signs, and firearms are not allowed in the venue.
