Judge James Boasberg ordered President Trump to bring planeloads of Venezuelan murderers, rapists and gang members back into the United States.
Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee from Uruguay, issued a temporary nationwide injunction blocking Trump’s transgender military ban.
On Saturday, Speaker Johnson revealed plans to limit the abuses of the Marxist judges.
“The House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges. Our Judiciary GOP will expose the worst offenders in a high profile hearing & we are preparing urgent legislative action, like the Rep Darrell Issa bill to stop unfounded nationwide injunctions,” Speaker Johnson said.
