Loathsome Liberal Rep. Jamie Raskin Shamelessly Blames Trump for Leftist Attacks on Teslas (VIDEO)

Liberal Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland shamelessly blamed President Donald Trump for the attacks on Tesla vehicles happening nationwide during an appearance on Friday’s episode of NewsNation’s “Cuomo.”

Raskin said that anti-Tesla violence and property destruction are wrong but quickly pivoted to blaming Republicans for the leftist domestic terrorism.

Cuomo began by asking why Democrat leaders aren’t telling people to stop.

“Burning Teslas, I think they’re acts of terrorism,” Cuomo said. “And I don’t hear Democrats trying to grab some high ground here and say, who’s doing this? Who’s doing this? This is not America. You don’t burn up people’s property like this. These are acts of terror, what they’re doing to these Teslas. I don’t hear your guys saying it. Why?”

Raskin replied with a nonsensical answer about Trump pardoning January 6 political prisoners.

“Well, number one, let me say it right now, and I absolutely deplore and oppose any act of violence against human beings, like we saw on January 6, with the massive violence leveled against our police officers,” Raskin said with a straight face. “And I’m opposed to burning other people’s property. That’s against the law.”

Raskin continued, “And this is the kind of civil disorder that has been unleashed in the country and licensed by Donald Trump, who pardoned more than 1,500 insurrectionists, including hundreds of people who violently assaulted our police officers. So, that scene you’re showing me [of burning Teslas] makes me sick, not as sick as the attack on our police officers, but it’s in the same domain, and it’s all because of the same reason.”

Common tactics in these attacks include arson (often with Molotov cocktails), gunfire, and vandalism (graffiti, physical damage).

Below is a timeline of the attacks on Tesla vehicles, dealerships, and charging stations in 2025:

January 2025
  • January 20: Salem, Oregon – An individual attacked a Tesla dealership with Molotov cocktails, setting fire to at least one vehicle. The suspect, later identified as Adam Matthew Lansky, allegedly returned in February to escalate the attack (see February 19).
  • January 29: Loveland, Colorado – Transgender activist “Lucy Grace Nelson” allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at a Tesla Cybertruck on display at a dealership, causing a fire. This marked the beginning of a series of attacks by Nelson on the same location.
  • January 31: San Diego, California – A Tesla Supercharger station was vandalized with graffiti reading “Elon is a Nazi scum.”
February 2025
  • February 2: Loveland, Colorado – Nelson spray-painted “Nazi” on the Tesla dealership sign as part of her ongoing attacks.
  • February 7: Loveland, Colorado – Nelson used red graffiti on a dealership wall and possibly attempted arson, with police finding broken bottles consistent with incendiary devices.
  • February 11: Loveland, Colorado – Nelson sprayed graffiti with an expletive on the dealership’s front windows, leading to a confrontation with a security guard.
  • February 19: Salem, Oregon – Adam Matthew Lansky returned to the Tesla dealership he attacked in January, this time firing bullets from an AR-style rifle, damaging windows and vehicles.
March 2025
  • March 2: Toulouse, France – Twelve Tesla vehicles were set on fire in an incident described as deliberate by prosecutors.
  • March 3: Littleton, Maryland – Graffiti reading “No Musk” alongside a swastika-like symbol was found at a Tesla dealership, a day after a protest.
  • March 3: Littleton, Massachusetts – Seven Tesla charging stations at a shopping center were intentionally set on fire in a suspected arson attack, reported around 1:10 a.m.
  • March 4: Littleton, Massachusetts – Seven Tesla charging stations were reported intentionally set on fire (possibly overlapping with the March 3 incident, but listed separately in some sources).
  • March 5: Near Berlin, Germany – A Tesla factory was targeted with arson, causing a power outage. The far-left group Volcano Group claimed responsibility.
  • March 6: Tigard, Oregon – At least seven shots were fired at a Tesla dealership overnight, damaging three cars and shattering windows. This was the first of two attacks on this location in a week.
  • March 6: Brookline, Massachusetts – Harrison Grant Randall was arrested for vandalizing several Tesla vehicles with stickers of Elon Musk, claiming it was “free speech.”
  • March 7: North Charleston, South Carolina – Daniel Clarke-Pounder threw Molotov cocktails at Tesla charging stations, accidentally setting his clothes on fire. He also spray-painted “F— Trump” and “Long Live Ukraine” at the scene.
  • March 7: Loveland, Colorado – An arson attack occurred at the same Tesla dealership previously targeted by Nelson, though this incident was reportedly unrelated to her actions.
  • March 9: Seattle, Washington – Four Tesla Cybertrucks were damaged in a fire at a dealership lot, with the cause still under investigation.
  • March 11: Dedham, Massachusetts – Three Tesla vehicles at a dealership were vandalized, with all four wheels damaged and two defaced with spray paint.
  • March 13: Tigard, Oregon – More than a dozen shots were fired at the same Tesla dealership attacked on March 6, further damaging vehicles and windows.
  • March 14: Buffalo Grove, Illinois – Erin L. White was arrested for vandalizing a Tesla service center with profanity-filled graffiti directed at Trump and Musk.
  • March 17: Kansas City, Missouri – Two Tesla Cybertrucks were burned at a dealership, prompting an FBI and ATF investigation.
  • March 18: Las Vegas, Nevada – Five Tesla vehicles at a Collision Center were set on fire with Molotov cocktails and shot at with a firearm. The word “RESIST” was spray-painted on the entrance.
  • March 20: Ontario, Canada – Approximately 80 Tesla vehicles at a dealership were damaged with deep scratches and punctured tires, one of the largest vandalism incidents reported.
This timeline reflects reported incidents up to March 22, 2025, and may evolve as more events occur or additional details emerge.
