The National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON), headquartered in Pasadena, California is a non-governmental organization that is operating as a career center for illegal aliens.
Amidst a nation still recovering from Joe Biden’s economy, which left Americans reeling from rising unemployment, NDLON is focused NOT on finding jobs for American citizens, but instead, for those who have already broken the law to be here.
In the mission statement on their website, the network boasts that their goal is to place migrants in jobs and increase diversity, stating:
“NDLON improves the lives of day laborers, migrants and low-wage workers. We build leadership and power among those facing injustice so they can challenge inequality and expand labor, civil and political rights for all. … NDLON aspires to live in a world of diverse communities where day laborers live with full rights and responsibilities in an environment of mutual respect, peace, harmony and justice.”
NDLON’s mission does not just end in California, they are partnered with 69 organizations that make up the entire NDLON network. This map on their website shows the vast reach of the network, spanning across the entire country. Rest assured, NDLON is employing illegals in a city near you.
To confirm that the network is truly operating as an illegal employment ring, I went undercover in (city) as a migrant—with zero documentation, to experience the process for myself.
In addition to their work placing undocumented migrants in jobs, the official NDLON instagram is not just anti-Trump, but regularly spreads misinformation about the Trump administration’s deportation efforts. In one post from March 25, 2025, NDLON claimed that “ICE is torturing people in Miami, FL.” The caption states:
“Krome is an ICE Detention facility located in Miami, Fl. Originally built as a missile base, krome has been a sight of terror for over 30 years. With a capacity of 600, Krome is currently holding over 4,000 People in captivity.”
The caption is not true, on the premise that no one forced illegals to come to America to begin with. Migrants, therefore, are not “captives,” nor are they being “tortured.” What IS true, is that Krome detention center is overcrowded and ICE is overwhelmed, resulting in less than ideal living conditions.
ICE is currently tasked with making sure the millions of people who crossed the border under the Biden administration’s open border policies, are indeed going back to their country after being caught. Florida is a known hot-bed for illegal immigration, and thanks to the former President, the Trump administration has their work cut-out for them. In fact, just last month, ICE arrested 32 illegals in Palm Beach county.
Don’t like it? Simple. Don’t come here illegally. America is not a 5-star hotel for the Third World, and it certainly isn’t supposed to be a career center for it, either.
