Minnesota Governor and failed vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz has a new theory as to why Democrats lost big in November.
Addressing a town hall event on Thursday, Walz said that the Democratic Party was not sufficiently “proud” of being the party that is woke, embraces DEI, and supports open borders.
“Our strength is our diversity,” he said. “We’ve been talking about this for years as a country of immigrants.”
”We let them define the issue on immigration, we let them define the issue on DEI, and we let them define what woke is.”
”We got ourselves in this mess because we weren’t bold enough to say, ‘You’re damn right we’re proud of these policies, we’re going to put them in, and we’re going to execute them.”

While some parts of the Democratic Party are beginning to realize that their support for far-left progressive ideology, Walz is clearly not one of them.
Nevertheless, Walz intends to carry on his woke crusade over the next few years after recently revealing that he is considering a run for the presidency in 2028.
“If I feel I can serve, I will,” Walz said in a recent interview. “And if nationally, people are like, ‘Dude, we tried you, and look how that worked out,’ I’m good with that.”
“If I think I could offer something, I would certainly consider that,” he continued.
The 60-year-old recently got himself into hot water for celebrating the decline in the stock price of Elon Musk’s Tesla, without realizing that Minnesota’s pension fund has hundreds of millions in company shares.
“I have to be careful about being a smartass,” he said. “I was making a joke.”

“They’re all mad, and I said something I probably shouldn’t have about a company.”
Walz went on to admit that Musk “bugs me in a way that is probably unhealthy.”
