NEW: Acting US Attorney For DC Ed Martin Probes Biden’s Pardons Amid Growing Autopen Scandal

Second Biden autopen discovered / Oversight Project

Acting US Attorney for DC Ed Martin is probing Joe Biden’s pardons amid the growing autopen scandal.

Last month Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the Justice Department to investigate whether White House staffers exploited Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and issued far-left orders at the end of his presidency without his knowledge.

“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey wrote.

“If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void,” he added.

This week the New York Times reported that Ed Martin is pursuing an inquiry into whether Joe Biden was competent to issue pardons late in his presidency.

“Ed Martin, the ardent Trump loyalist serving as interim U.S. attorney in Washington, is pursuing an inquiry into whether former President Joseph R. Biden Jr. was competent to pardon his family members and others during his final days in office. The inquiry, which includes previously unreported letters to Mr. Biden’s family and former White House staff members, uses the levers of federal law enforcement to try to harass Mr. Biden’s family and allies and undermine his decisions as president, while scoring political points with President Trump,” The New York Times reported.

The Oversight Project recently released analysis of Joe Biden’s pardons for family members, Dr. Tony Fauci, General Milley, J6 Committee members and Gerald Lundergan.

On January 19, 2025, just one day before Trump was set to be sworn in as the 47th US President, Joe Biden issued a flurry of pardons to his family members, Fauci and others.

The Oversight Project determined that all of the pardons issued on January 19 had the same exact Biden autopen signature.

The Oversight Project also has gathered every document they could find with Biden’s signature – ALL used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.

There was a second frequently used autopen signature for Joe Biden’s pardons and commutations.

Autopen A and Autopen B have slight differences in the signatures.

Analysis by the Oversight Project reveals out of 51 clemency warrants issued by Biden: 16 were signed with Autopen A, 16 were signed with Autopen B and 19 appear to be wet signatures.

According to The New York Post’s Steve Nelson, a key Biden aide may have exceeded their authority by unilaterally determining what documents to robo-sign.

An insider told The New York Post that he feared this key Biden aide: “I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president,” the person said. “No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”

President Trump last month said everything Biden signed with an autopen could be invalid.

“Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it, and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen, so how would he know? That autopen is a big deal. I don’t know, you know? Who’s doing this?” Trump said.

On Tuesday, Democrat Senator Adam Schiff (CA), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, announced he is placing a hold on President Trump’s nominee for US Attorney in DC, Ed Martin.
