President Donald Trump has once again been declared in “excellent health” following his annual physical examination conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, according to an official memorandum released by White House Physician Captain Sean P. Barabbella, D.O., MC, USN.
The comprehensive examination included diagnostic testing, lab work, and consultations with specialty medical experts in accordance with U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines.
In a memorandum addressed to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Capt. Sean P. Barabarella, the Physician to the President, confirmed that President Trump, at 78 years and 10 months old, remains in “excellent health” and is “fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.”
The examination, which took place on April 11, included a thorough assessment of his cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical and mental condition. Dr. Barabarella noted President Trump’s continued ability to maintain a demanding schedule filled with public engagements, media appearances, and travel—hallmarks of his energetic leadership style.
Among the standout results:
- Blood pressure: a healthy 128/74 mmHg
- Resting heart rate: 62 bpm
- Bloodwork: Total cholesterol at 140 mg/dL, fasting glucose at 89.7 mg/dL, and all markers within normal or optimal ranges
- Cognitive and mental health: Screenings revealed no signs of depression, cognitive decline, or anxiety
This report is a direct rebuke to recent Democrat-led media narratives that have repeatedly attempted to cast doubt on Trump’s stamina, age, and mental acuity.
