White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller responded on Friday to Letitia James’s excuse for why she is above the law in the potential case against her for mortgage fraud.
“She’s guilty of multiple significant, serial criminal violations,” he said, dismissing her as “one of the most corrupt, shameless individuals ever to hold public office.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James was referred by the Trump Administration to the DOJ for prosecution over accusations of mortgage fraud.
James responded to the allegations Thursday night, claiming that she’s the victim of a “right-wing revenge tour.”
It should be recalled that Letitia James ran her campaign for New York Attorney General in 2018 on the promise of weaponizing her office against then-President Trump, whom she described as “illegitimate,” and his family. “I will be shining a bright light into every dark corner of his real estate dealings,” she said on the campaign trail.
Letitia James is guilty “of countless more crimes by using and abusing her public office to try to persecute an innocent man, depriving him of his rights, engaging in a conspiracy to obstruct our election and to overthrow our democratic processes and procedures.” Miller said on Friday in response to her allegations of a “right-wing revenge tour.”
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) accused Letitia James of falsifying records, citing a 5-unit property in New York she claimed was only four units in order to get a more favorable loan.
TGP recently reported on James’s 5-unit property in Brooklyn, which she purchased in 2001 and claimed on mortgage applications for more than 20 years was a four-unit property—despite official records proving it had five.
James lied to the bank to secure more favorable loans, which is exactly what President Trump was accused of doing in James’s 2023 Mar-a-Lago witch hunt case against him.
James brought the case for the victimless non-crime, seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York. She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies. Most notably, the far-left Judge overseeing the case, Arthur Engoron, falsely and ridiculously claimed in his ruling that Trump’s 20-acre Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, Florida, was worth just $18 million and that President Trump fraudulently inflated the value.
Stephen Miller was asked to respond to James’s claims, and he tore her to shreds for her own prosecutorial misconduct and criminal law violations.
