Kamala Harris spoke as a guest of honor a the 2025 Australian Real Estate Conference on Sunday.
During her interview with host John McGrath, Harris took a swipe at Elon Musk and the Trump Administration.
“There was someone that is very popular these days, at least in the press, who suggested that it is a sign of the weakness of western civilizations to have empathy,” Harris said taking a swipe at Elon Musk.
“Imagine. No, it’s a sign of strength to have some level of curiosity and concern and care about the wellbeing of others,” she said, according to The Guardian.
At one point Kamala Harris cackled and said, “I am unemployed right now.”

The hilarious Sky News Australia anchors torched Kamala Harris as she arrived to the Gold Coast.
“Kamala Harris will be lecturing them on being unburdened on your real estate ventures by what you’re not burdened by or whatever,” the Sky News anchor said.
“I cannot wait to see what word salad she’s going to be delivering,” another anchor said.
Sky News Australia then went on to troll Kamala Harris after her disastrous real estate conference remarks.
The anchors laughed as they called Harris’s appearance at the real estate conference ‘one giant joke.’
