Following their 2024 election loss, Democrats are investing tens of millions of dollars to attempt to recapture young male voters, a demographic that shifted significantly toward Donald Trump. Liberal strategists are pitching mega donors to fund projects aiming to raise millions to build an army of left-leaning influencers and create a “liberal Joe Rogan” to counter Trump’s online cultural dominance.
One initiative, codenamed SAM (Speaking with American Men: A Strategic Plan), allocates $20 million to study the language and content that resonates with young men. Which obviously would reveal pro Trump America First messaging, everything Democrats hate. Clearly, this approach is flawed, as authenticity, like that of Joe Rogan, cannot be manufactured through funding, and the party’s disconnect stems from deeper issues like dismissing masculine interests and attacking male voters.
