Elon Musk Slams Big Beautiful Bill, Calls it “a Disgusting Abomination” – White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Responds (VIDEO)

Elon Musk has again come out against the Big Beautiful Bill that is being negotiated in the Senate after passing the House last month by a razor-thin margin.

Musk has previously expressed disappointment with the bill, arguing that it “undermines the work” of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which he oversaw until the end of his tenure as a special government employee last week. The President and Musk delivered a press conference last week to commemorate his send-off as he parted ways with the government on good terms.

On Tuesday afternoon, Musk amped up the criticism, saying he “just can’t stand it anymore.”

He continued, “This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination,” shaming legislators who voted in favor. “You know you did wrong. You know it.”

I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore.

This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.

Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.

In the past, President Trump has gone scorched earth on Republicans who opposed the budget reconciliation package, which he says is crucial for fulfilling his agenda and key campaign promises, including border security and tax cuts.

Most recently, Trump called out GOP Senator Rand Paul (KY) in a series of Truth Social posts, saying he has no understanding of the bill and calling his ideas “actually crazy.”

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded to Musk’s criticism on Tuesday during a press briefing and assured reporters that while the President and Musk disagree, this is not creating a rift between the two.

Doocy: How mad do you think President Trump is going to be when he finds out that Elon Musk said, “I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”?

Leavitt: Look, the President already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It doesn’t change the President’s opinion. This is One Big Beautiful Bill, and he’s sticking to it.
