New damning information has surfaced regarding the autopen scandal surrounding the former White House occupant.
As TGP readers know, President Trump’s Justice Department is examining the list of people pardoned by Joe Biden. This comes as evidence has surfaced that he almost always used an autopen to sign documents, leading people to wonder who was actually running the White House.
Now, Fox News has uncovered that almost every pardon and act of clemency Biden signed for over 1,500 criminals during his final weeks in office was via autopen.
These included preemptive pardons for several members of his family, Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley.
But Biden made an exception for the man he once called “the smartest guy I know”: his only surviving son, Hunter.

As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported, Joe Biden granted his son Hunter Biden a blanket pardon in the federal gun and tax cases against him on December 1st of last year. The pardon, which covers any federal crimes by Hunter from 2014 to 2024, ended a case that was blown open by IRS whistleblowers who spoke out after the Biden Justice Department slow-walked an investigation into Hunter.
This allowed the statute of limitations to pass on some charges, and Hunter got a sweetheart plea deal that an incredulous federal judge in Delaware ultimately rejected.
This resulted in Attorney General Merrick Garland appointing a special counsel in the case. Incredibly, Garland appointed Robert Weiss, the same federal prosecutor who sabotaged the Hunter case.
The pardon absolves Hunter of any possible drug involvement, sex trafficking, lobbying, bribery, foreign agent, or other crimes involving Ukraine and several other foreign governments or companies, including China.
The start date of 2014 coincides with the year Hunter joined the board of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma in an influence peddling scheme alleged to have involved Joe Biden.
Hunter was later convicted on three felony charges related to the purchase of a gun in June of 2024. He faced sentencing> in the gun case on December 12 and in the tax case on December 16.
While the mystery surrounding Hunter Biden’s pardon has been solved, America still does not know who ultimately had Biden sign the remaining ones. Hopefully, the Justice Department will provide America with answers soon.
