Diddy’s facing up to life in prison if convicted.

On their second day of deliberations, the jury panel in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sex-Trafficking trial has communicated to the judge that they’ve reached a verdict on some of the charges against the disgraced rasp mogul.

A little over 4pm the jurors sent the Judge their third not of the day.

Lawyers filled the courtroom, as well as Diddy’s mother and sister.

CNN reported:

“Sean “Diddy” Combs us now seated in the courtroom with his lawyers encircled around him. Their expressions are serious.

Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo walked to the courtroom deputy, took the note, and handed it to Combs.

[…] The jury sent a note at 4:05 p.m. that says: “We have reached a verdict on counts 2, 3, 4 and 5. We are unable to reach a verdict on count 1 as we have jurors with unpersuadable opinions on both sides.”

Judge: We have received a note at 4:05 pm today, it reads, we have reached a verdict on Counts 2, 3, 4 and 5. We are unable to reach a verdict on Count 1 as we have jurors on each side. How should be respond?
