“Color is Neither a Poison Nor a Crime” – Biden Judge Pulls The Race Card As She Blocks Trump Admin From Ending ‘Temporary’ Protected Status For Migrants from Three Countries

A radical judge used the race card on Thursday in the latest judicial ruling against the Trump Administration.

As Politico reported, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal.

Approximately 63,000 people from these countries were supposed to be deported by September 8 because DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had imposed a deadline. 53,000 of the migrants are from Honduras, while about 3,000 are from Nicaragua and roughly 7,500 from Nepal.

Now, TPS status for Hondurans, Nepalis, and Nicaraguans has been extended until Nov. 18. Thompson also plans to hold a hearing to consider even further relief.

The Biden appointee ruled not based on the Constitution but because she saw perceived racial animus. She falsely accused Noem of using terms from “the discriminatory belief that certain immigrant populations will replace the white population,” aka The Great Replacement Theory.

Thompson also called President Trump a racist, pointing to a truthful statement he made in 2023 where he denounced criminal illegal aliens for “poisoning the blood of our country.”

And she accused Trump and Noem without evidence of linking TPS recipients with criminal aliens.

“Color is neither a poison nor a crime,” Thompson said.

“The freedom to live fearlessly, the opportunity of liberty, and the American dream. That is all Plaintiffs seek. Instead, they are told to atone for their race, leave because of their names, and purify their blood,” she added. “The Court disagrees.”

This is not the first time a San Francisco judge has played the race card while issuing a ruling against Trump.

Back in March, Federal District Judge Edward Chen, a Barack Obama appointee, blocked President Trump from ending the temporary protected status for 350,000 Venezuelan illegal migrants.

He called the move “a classic example of racism.”
