Washington, DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb’s lawsuit against Trump’s deployment of the National Guard in Washington has been assigned to Biden-appointed Judge Jia Cobb.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Schwalb sued Trump, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the US Marshals Service, and the United States Army for deploying National Guard troops for crime deterrence and law enforcement purposes.
This comes after another leftist San Francisco-based federal judge on Tuesday blocked President Trump from deploying the National Guard to Los Angeles, accusing the President of creating a “national police force” and acting as its “chief.” The same judge ordered President Trump to return control of the National Guard to California in June, but was overruled on appeal.
The lawsuit from Schwalb argues that the deployment of National Guard troops “violates both the Home Rule Act and a congressionally approved compact governing the interstate mobilization of state National Guard troops.”
It further argues that the President does not have the authority to command out-of-state National Guard troops from the seven states that contributed assistance.
The move comes as President Trump has teased plans to replicate the militarization to stop criminals in other cities, starting with Chicago.
The activist Biden Judge will likely side with Schwalb and deter the President’s plans to act on the public safety emergency in Democrat-run cities, where countless people are being murdered in the street.
Cobb is also overseeing a lawsuit from Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook over Trump’s firing of the embattled Fed Governor with cause amid evidence of mortgage, occupancy, and tax fraud. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Justice Department formally opened a criminal investigation on Thursday against Cook and issued subpoenas.
Previously, Cobb blocked the Trump Administration from carrying out expedited deportations of illegal aliens under his “Protecting the American People Against Invasion” Executive Order.
This is a developing story.
