Department of Homeland Security Chief Kristi Noem was blocked from entering the Village of Broadview Municipal Building in Illinois.

Noem was screamed at while she tried to access the public building to use the restroom.

“Can we use your restroom?” Noem asked.

“No! You cannot!” a man shouted as he shut the door on Noem.

“This is what Governor Pritzker calls cooperation,” Noem said.

“This is what we have to put up with every single day,” Noem told podcast host Benny Johnson.

“All we’re doing is getting criminals and terrorists and heroin and gang members off the streets to make families safer,” she said.

The Village Broadview Municipal Building in Illinois receives $1 million a year in federal funding.

“My team and I were just blocked from accessing the Village of Broadview Municipal Building in Illinois. We were stopping for a quick bathroom break. This is a public building. The Village of Broadview receives at least $1 million in federal funding every year,” Secretary Noem said.

“This is how JB Pritzker and his cronies treat our law enforcement. Absolutely shameful,” Noem said.
