Andrej Babis is another member of ‘Patriots for Europe’ group to attain power.

Right-wing and populist forces are on the move in Europe.

Here at TGP, we have been closely tracking the upsurging right-wing and populist forces in Europe, and most especially the ‘Patriots for Europe’ group in the European Parliament.

The group has leaders such as Viktor Orbán from Hungarian Fidesz; Marine Le Pen from French National Rally; Matteo Salvini from League (Italy); Herbert Kickl from Freedom Party of Austria; Geert Wilders from PVV in the Netherlands; Santiago Abascal from Spanish Vox, and finally Andrej Babiš from the Czech Republic’s ANO – who just won today’s parliamentary elections.

Andrej Babis and his ANO party win the Czech parliamentary elections. He will likely be able to form a govt with two other smaller right wing populist parties.

This is blow to the EU globalists.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was the first in Europe to congratulate him, while the western media and Globalist establishment are panicking over Babis’ pledge to stop Ukraine aid and put Czechs first.

Truth has prevailed! @AndrejBabis has won the Czech parliamentary elections with a convincing lead. A big step for the Czech Republic, good news for Europe. Congratulations, Andrej! pic.twitter.com/jyqU5EVqc6

BBC reported:

“Billionaire businessman Andrej Babis has won parliamentary elections in the Czech Republic, although his populist ANO party fell short of an overall majority, preliminary results show.

According to current predictions, ANO received just under 35% of the vote, earning them 81 seats in the 200-seat lower house.

Babis – who served as prime minister from 2017 to 2021 – is expected to be invited to lead talks on forming a new coalition.”

“Babis will begin talks immediately – perhaps as early as tonight – with the two small right-wing Eurosceptic parties that managed to pass the 5% threshold: the anti-Green Deal Motorists for Themselves, and the anti-immigrant Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) party, led by the Czech-Japanese entrepreneur Tomio Okamura.”
