Newly released surveillance footage from a Utah gas station captures the chilling composure of Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating conservative icon Charlie Kirk, as he casually pumps gas into his Dodge Challenger during the ongoing manhunt the day after the murder.
The footage shows Robinson pulling up at around 7:15 a.m. on September 11, paying with a credit card, and refueling without any apparent rush or nervousness.
Robinson is wearing the maroon shirt and dark colored hat that he was seen wearing in Dairy Queen surveillance footage in the hours after the assassination.

Kirk, the 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA, was gunned down onstage during a campus speaking event at Utah Valley University on September 10.
Scripps News, which first obtained the footage, reports:
Investigators said they believed he changed his clothing before committing the shooting. Robinson’s family recognized him in surveillance photos taken on campus and convinced him to turn himself in on the evening of Sept. 11, prosecutors said. Police said when he turned himself in, he was wearing clothing similar to what he had been wearing when he arrived on campus.
Police in Cedar City obtained the video from a local gas station after his arrest, when investigators tracked Robinson’s financial transactions.
Investigators wanted to check the footage to see if Robinson disposed of any evidence while he was at the gas station, according to the police report. However, the footage showed the suspect paying at the pump, filling up and driving away without ever approaching a trash can.
Robinson was in and out of the gas station in less than three minutes.
The Cedar City gas station is approximately 200 miles south of UVU, where the shooting took place.
After leaving the station, Robinson continued south to Washington, where his parents reside.
