James Comey posted a video after he was indicted by a grand jury in Virginia on Thursday. Comey says he is innocent – just like every other crook in history.

Former FBI Chief James Comey will be arraigned in court today in Alexandria, Virginia.

Comey will be arraigned at 10 AM ET.
Court order scheduling the arraignment of James B. Comey, Jr. for October 8, 2025, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Comey faces criminal charges of lying to Congress.
