Greg Kelly and Newsmax posts up a listing of Joel Gilbert’s many reports on Letitia James’s many years of mortage fraud, bank fraud, and lying on bank forms.

The Gateway Pundit contributor Joel Gilbert joined Greg Kelly on Friday night to discuss his outstanding reporting on Letitia James and her likely years of criminal activity.

Greg Kelly: Joel Gilbert, film producer, independent investigative reporter, and all-around amazing guy. Joel, congratulations. You had a big part in all of this. You worked a little bit with Mr. Antar, but wow, how do you feel about your… A lot of people write stories and nothing really happens. Something really happened here.

Joel Gilbert: Well, it is good to see the work get recognized by the legal authorities because it’s really been since March, and I compiled a mountain of evidence that LaTisha James was engaged in a pattern of mortgage fraud that went back to 1983, when she was only 24 years old. She claimed in her very first purchase of a townhome that she had married her father in order to qualify for the loan…

…So it’s a pattern of mortgage fraud. She can’t claim that she didn’t have intent. She can’t claim she didn’t know the law because she’s been suing people in New York for these very same things. And she said that any tiny mistake on a mortgage application is a grave crime. And that’s what she charged Donald Trump with. So I think there’s going to be more superseding indictments coming over other properties in Virginia and a big, big indictment coming for all of her pattern of fraud on the Brooklyn apartment building in New York.

Joel Gilbert joined Greg Kelly to discuss the Letitia James and her 43 years of mortgage fraud.

Greg Kelly: Well, I think she deserves it. After all, she went after Trump with that stupid, totally disingenuous, totally bogus case. It was beyond ridiculous. Can I ask you this? I know some people see her getting a lot of attention right now, and they think, Well, she can’t be in all that much trouble. They’re going to protect her. She’s actually becoming more powerful and recognized. Something tells me that’s not true, that this is a real case and it could do real harm to her, i. E, incarceration or losing her law license and who knows what else.

Joel Gilbert: Leticia is trying to hang on by saying, Oh, well, Trump is, of all things, the hypocrisy saying that Trump is weaponizing the system against her. But she has a pattern of 24 years in two states on four different properties of blatant mortgage fraud to get rates and closing costs that she was not entitled to…

…It includes a government loan from HAMP. Under the TARP program, 2011, she told the US government to get rid of her 10% private bank loan. She wanted to get 2. 7% on the back of the American taxpayer. She got a government loan by claiming a financial hardship, even though she was making $14,000 a month.

And again, by lying, saying she only had four units. So I don’t think she gets out of it in any way. It’s too long, too many years, too much of a pattern. I don’t think she’s going to last very long. I think she’s going to have to cop a plea because the number of indictments that are coming, I think, is going to be staggering, and I don’t think she’s going to be able to withstand it with these phony arguments and putting on a phony voice that she’s a 1960s civil rights leader.

Leticia is COOKED.
