In a stunning admission from one of the left’s most prominent figures, Senator Bernie Sanders has conceded that President Donald Trump is handling border security better than President Joe Biden did.
The revelation came during Sanders’ appearance on Wednesday’s episode of “The Tim Dillon Show,” a popular podcast hosted by comedian Tim Dillon.
The clip, highlighted by the Republican National Committee’s research arm on X, shows Sanders bluntly stating, “Trump did a better job… Biden didn’t do it.”
Sanders was discussing immigration policy and the need for secure borders, emphasizing, “If you don’t have any borders, then you don’t have a nation.”
The socialist added that securing the border “ain’t that hard to do” and criticized the historical failures of both parties, but ultimately conceded that Trump is doing a better job.

The admission drew shock across social media.
“Even Bernie Sanders admits that Trump secured the borders while other Presidents failed,” Libs of TikTok wrote.
Conservative activist and political commentator Robbie Starbuck wrote, “Someone pinch me because I’m pretty sure I just heard Bernie Sanders say that ‘if you don’t have a border then you don’t have a country’ and that President Trump did a better job than other Presidents at securing the border. Wow.”

Indeed, there has been a massive 93 percent drop in Southwest Border encounters during Trump’s second term. His policies have also resulted in an estimated 1.6 million self-deportations.
Sanders, the socialist darling of the progressive wing of the Senate, was on the show plugging his latest book, Fight Oligarchy.
