Halper, in coordination with Steele who he knew through former head of British intelligence, Richard Dearlove, lied about Carter Page to get surveillance on the Trump campaign
Halper lied about General Flynn having an affair with me and that I am a Russian Spy to start FBI investigation of General Flynn.
