Even Under Ultra-Liberal Donald Tusk’s Government, Poland Doubles Down on Refusal To Implement EU’s Pact on Migration and Asylum

When Donald Tusk won the election in Poland and ousted the Conservative PiS Government, it was widely expected that the ultra-liberal and Eurofanatic leader would try and implement the Globalist agenda in its entirety.

And it most cases, it was exactly what happened, but not when it comes to immigration policies.

If you wonder: why did he do it? And also: how did he manage not to fall out of favor with the EU?

Those are very good questions.

To begin with it was patent that Tusk had a wide mandate, but that the overwhelming percentage of the population is against the EU suicidal policy of unchecked mass migration.

So Tusk found a loophole in the narrative. If you say you don’t want foreigners because you want to keep your culture, you are labeled a ‘far-right’ individual.

But what Tusk did is: he blamed on Lukashenko’s Belarus ‘weaponizing’ mass migration against Poles – an ill-disguised Putin operation against the west.

And that’s a whole different ball-game.

Tusk will not implement the EU’s Pact on Migration and Asylum.

It’s been reported how a Brussels Official remained silent after Polish Minister reaffirmed his country’s refusal to implement the EU’s Pact on Migration and Asylum.

This happened today (5), after a meeting of ‘home affairs’ ministers chaired by the Polish presidency of the European Council.

Euronews reported:

“Tomasz Siemoniak, Poland’s Minister of Interior, was asked point blank if his country would comply with the Migration Pact, which consists of five separate but interlinked laws that were painstakingly negotiated in the previous mandate.

Siemoniak, speaking next to Magnus Brunner, European Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration, said implementing the legislative overhaul ‘was not possible’, citing the previous arguments voiced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.”

Poland joined Hungary in repealing von der Leyen’s ‘Pact on Migration and Asylum’.

A month ago, Tusk told EU Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen, that Poland suffered migration flows weaponized by Belarus at the Eastern border, as well as a mass arrival of Ukrainians escaping the war.

“’Poland will not accept any burdens related to the relocation mechanism. This is not an ideological debate’, Tusk said, referring to ‘huge’ migratory pressure. ‘If somebody says that Poland is expected to shoulder an additional burden, irrespective of who says that, my response is Poland will not accept an additional burden. Full stop’.”

The main problem is the pact’s central mechanism of ‘mandatory solidarity’. Minister Siemoniak repeated today that Poland’s position was ‘quite clear’ and that ‘nothing has changed’.

“’We have presented the reasons why the implementation of the pact is not possible’, he said, speaking Polish. ‘In particular, as Prime Minister Tusk has mentioned, when it comes to Poland’s security’.”
