Far-Left Race-Obsessed Elie Mystal Says All Laws Before 1965 Should Be ‘Presumptively Unconstitutional’: “Why Should I Give About Some Law That Some Old White Man Passed”

Far-left race-obsessed pundit Elie Mystal recently appeared on “The View” to promote his new book “Bad Law.”

Mystal went on to bizarrely suggest that every law passed before 1964 should be eliminated.

The suggestion came after co-host Sunny Hostin mentioned the Immigration and Nationality Act that the Trump administration is using to revoke the visas of some foreign students who have participated in violent terrorist-supporting anti-Israel college campuses across the country.

Sunny Hostin: One of the laws you write about is playing out right now, the Immigration and Nationality Act. Now, this administration is using this statute to justify the detentions and possible deportations, actually, of visa and green card holders who they seem to deem a threat to US foreign policy.

What do you make of the administration’s use of the act?

More broadly, is Trump really setting up a First Amendment showdown, which is what Whoopie has been talking about?

Elie Mystal: Yes, absolutely. One of my premises for the book is that every law passed before the 1965 Voting Rights Act should be presumptively unconstitutional.

Because before the 1965 Voting Rights Act, we were functionally an Apartheid country. Not everybody who lived here could vote here.

Why should I give (blank) about some law that some old white man passed in the 1920s?

Watch:

On The View, far-left extremist Elie Mystal shouts: “[E]very law passed before the 1965 Voting Rights Act should be presumptively unconstitutional because…we were functionally an apartheid country!”

During an appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club’ podcast, Mystal showed his hate, not just for America’s laws, but also for our founding document.  He suggested we should “replace our piece of crap Constitution.”
