Victor Reacts: Federalist No. 78 Called the Judiciary the Weakest Branch — What Happened?(VIDEO)

As rogue federal judges continue their attempts to usurp the powers of the President of the United States, it is worth recalling Federalist Paper No. 78.

Alexander Hamilton wrote, “The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments. . . .”

Meanwhile, it seems that the President of the United States is on the verge of needing to ask the judiciary’s permission in order to breathe.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported,

A federal judge out of San Francisco on Thursday blocked President Trump from pulling federal funds from ‘sanctuary cities.’

US District Judge William Orrick said withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities is unconstitutional.

President Trump issued a flurry of executive orders – in his first term – and now in his second term – to withhold funds from jurisdictions harboring illegal aliens.

Santa Clara, San Francisco and 14 other cities and counties sued the Trump Administration. They moved for a preliminary injunction blocking President Trump’s executive orders.

“Here we go again,” Judge Orrick wrote in his 6-page order blasting Trump for his second round of executive orders aimed at ending the subsidization of open borders.

In 2017, Judge Orrick permanently blocked a similar executive order from Trump’s effort to defund sanctuary cities.

The judge said withholding funds from sanctuary jurisdictions is unconstitutional. He said it violates the Fifth and Tenth Amendments and also violates due process.

This is just the latest example in a growing list of times that federal judges have attempted to compel the president’s foreign policy, trade policy, domestic policy, immigration policy, etc. If we are to allow unelected rogue judges to assume the role of president, why do we have elections? These judges have become unelected political actors violating the will of the people.
