The FBI, under Kash Patel, is making activist judges regret subverting the law regarding illegal aliens.
As The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel previously reported, Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan was under federal investigation for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid arrest by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at the courthouse.
Chief Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Carl Ashley had sent email to fellow judges that agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on April 18 with an arrest warrant for Dugan.
Now, Patel has announced that the judge has been arrested and is in major legal trouble.
“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” Patel wrote.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” he added.
“Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot, and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”

Patel later deleted his post for unknown reasons, but multiple sources confirmed to WISN-TV the arrest happened Friday morning at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.
This is the second arrest of a corrupt judge for obstructing immigration enforcement over the past 24 hours. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the FBI arrested former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Juan Cano and his wife Nancy Cano for allegedly harboring an illegal alien with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan gang known for trafficking, extortion, and violence.
The arrest came just weeks after Cano resigned from his judicial post following a dramatic federal raid at his Doña Ana County residence, where agents apprehended Cristhian Ortega Lopez, an illegal alien now charged with unlawful firearm possession and gang affiliation.
The Gateway Pundit was one of the first outlets to report that longtime Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano — a Democrat and former police officer — abruptly resigned after federal agents arrested an alleged member of the violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang at a residence he owns.
