Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders are hitting the road again on their so-called “Fight the Oligarchy” tour — but for two self-proclaimed socialists, their message is looking more like a punchline than a platform.
The duo is once again shouting their favorite slogan: “Tax the Rich!” But beyond the catchy soundbites and crowd-pandering, there’s one glaring hole — no real plan for helping working-class Americans. They talk endlessly about punishing success but offer no specific, actionable solutions to help the very people who pay the price for their policies: the middle and working class.
Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that these champions of the proletariat are flying around in private jets during their anti-rich crusade. Because apparently, the revolution can’t start without a leather seat and champagne in the sky.
And let’s not forget: Bernie Sanders used to rail against millionaires… until he became one. Now he conveniently only targets billionaires. What changed? Nothing but his net worth. Classic socialist hypocrisy.
Contrast that with President Donald Trump, who’s laying out clear, practical policies that directly benefit the everyday American. He’s pushing to eliminate taxes on overtime — giving hardworking Americans more take-home pay. He wants to end taxes on tips — a game-changer for the service industry workers who rely on every dollar.
So ask yourself: Is this what the Democrat Party has become? A party of elitist socialists who fly private, own multiple homes, and preach economic justice while offering zero relief to real taxpayers?
AOC, the same congresswoman who once claimed there are “three chambers of Congress,” is now a leading voice in the party — a woman who still struggles with the basics of government yet somehow has the loudest megaphone.
This isn’t a movement for the people. It’s a performance for the cameras.
And America is waking up to it.
