A United States Senator facing re-election in 2026 is willing to let crooked Judge James E. Boasberg pick the next DC Attorney.

Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) told reporters on Capitol Hill this morning that he has said to the White House that he would not support Ed Martin’s nomination for DC Attorney at this point due to concerns over J6. He had met with Martin last night.

“Most of my concerns related to January 6th,” Tillis said. “I’ve indicated to the White House I wouldn’t support his nomination.”

Should Tillis’s opposition hold, crooked Judge Boasberg will almost certainly make the selection. This would be a tragedy since Martin has been so essential to helping drain the swamp and holding violent thugs accontanble since being named the interim DC attorney.

As Jim Hoft reported, Lara Logan recently published a tweet on X with four possible turncoat Senators: Collins, Tillis, Cornyn, and Cassidy. McConnell is also rumored to oppose Martin.

Republicans face a May 20 deadline to confirm Ed Martin. Otherwise, Boasberg will appoint his replacement, and it will be a radical leftist who will let violent criminals run free while law-abiding conservatives are persecuted.

As Hoft notes, if the Senate does not act by this date, Judge James Boasberg could appoint a replacement U.S. Attorney under a law that allows federal judges to fill vacancies that remain unoccupied for an extended period. Supporters of Martin, including conservative figures and activists, have urged Senate Republicans to expedite his confirmation to prevent Boasberg, perceived as a left-leaning judge, from selecting a successor. Some Senate Republicans, including Senators Bill Cassidy, John Cornyn, and Thom Tillis, have been identified as holding up the confirmation process.

Republicans can call their senator and urge them to vote for Ed Martin. Don’t let Boasberg pick the next U.S. prosecutor for the District of Columbia.

This is a breaking news story and will be updated.
