BOOM: Brazilian Congress Approves Motion Expected To Annul Charges and Suspend Sham Prosecution of Bolsonaro and 32 Others Accused of ‘Coup D’état’ by Rogue Supreme Court (VIDEOS)

Bolsonaro may be about to join the presidential race once again.

A mere three days after he was discharged rom the hospital after a VERY complex surgery because of complications from the knife stabbing he suffered in 2018, Jair Bolsonaro is leading tens of thousands of citizens in a demonstration pro-Amnesty for those falsely accused of a ‘coup d’état’.

Socialist President Lula da Silva is in Moscow for the Victory Day Celebration – but even if he was in the country, unpopular Lula could never assemble a crowd like that.

And Bolsonaro may be about to rejoin the presidential race for next year’s election, attempting a historical comeback Donald J. Trump-style.

Some outlets are reporting that the Federal Chamber of Deputies has suspended criminal proceedings in the Supreme Court against Former President Jair Bolsonaro, Former ABIN Director Ramagem and 32 others – including Army Generals – accused of attempted coup.

The vote was approved with a vast majority of the votes.

Watch: 315 Votes in Favor, 143 Votes against.

O Globo reported (translated from the Portuguese):

“The Chamber of Deputies approved on Wednesday the suspension of the action in the Federal Supreme Court (STF) that has as defendants Deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ), former President Jair Bolsonaro and seven other people for attempted coup. The decision has already been promulgated by the House, and the resolution will be forwarded to the Court. There were 315 votes in favor and 143 against.”

If he regains his political rights, Bolsonaro will be unbeatable in next year’s presidential election.

The motion provides for the blocking of the entire process, which, in addition to benefiting former Spy chief Ramagem, opens a loophole to also benefit Bolsonaro.

The rogue Supreme Court, however, already stated that the extension to other defendants is unconstitutional.
