President Trump on Tuesday said the people who ran Joe Biden’s autopen committed treason.
“Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes, can flow into our Country at will. It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger. This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record. Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump said on Truth Social.
The Oversight Project recently released an analysis of Joe Biden’s pardons for family members, Dr. Tony Fauci, General Milley, J6 Committee members, and Gerald Lundergan.
Joe Biden also issued a blanket pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, after promising not to intervene in the Justice Department’s prosecution of tax and gun crimes.
On January 19, 2025, just one day before Trump was set to be sworn in as the 47th US President, Joe Biden issued a flurry of pardons to his family members, Fauci, and others.
The Oversight Project determined that all of the pardons issued on January 19 had the same exact Biden autopen signature.
The Oversight Project also has gathered every document they could find with Biden’s signature – ALL used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.
Joe Biden was so incapacitated that someone else was in charge of his autopen. Biden’s pardons are now under investigation.
DOJ Pardon Attorney Ed Martin said last Tuesday that the Justice Department is reviewing Joe Biden’s last-minute pardons amid the growing autopen scandal.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) this week revealed in a bombshell interview with Jason Chaffetz that his committee has identified the shadowy White House staffers responsible for wielding President Joe Biden’s infamous autopen during a period when Biden was “clearly in mental decline.”
We think we’ve identified who the staffers are. Jason, you all have done great work with that over at Heritage Oversight. We’re going to bring everyone we believe was involved in any role in the use of the autopen. We’re going to invite them to come in for a transcribed interview. If they decline, they will receive a subpoena and face a full-blown deposition.
