Kim Kardashian Urges People to ‘Speak Up’ Against ‘Inhumane’ Mass Deportations — DHS Issues Brutal Response

Kim Kardashian has once again reminded the world of her political allegiances by issuing a scathing attack on President Trump’s deportation efforts.

Posting on Instagram, where she boasts over 365 million followers, Kardashian suggested ICE agents lack humanity because of their efforts to enforce immigration law.

“When we’re told that ICE exists to keep our country safe and remove violent criminals-great. But when we witness innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up. We have to do what’s right,” she wrote on Instagram.

“Growing up in LA, I’ve seen how deeply immigrants are woven into the fabric of this city,” she continued.

“They are our neighbors, friends, classmates, coworkers, and family.”

“No matter where you fall politically, it’s clear that our communities thrive because of the contributions of immigrants.

”We can’t turn a blind eye when fear and injustice keep people from living their lives freely and safely.”

”There HAS to be a BETTER way,” she added.

Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin hit back at Kardashian, asking her which of the “convicted child molesters, murderers, drug traffickers and rapists” she would like to see remain in the country.

.@KimKardashian, which one of these convicted child molesters, murderers, drug traffickers and rapists would you like to stay in the county?

Kardashian did not reference the ongoing riots in Los Angeles and the violence that is taking place, although one can infer from her message where her sympathies lie.

While Kardashian has claimed she is not interested in partisan politics, she previously endorsed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

Last year, Kardashian also visited Kamala Harris at the White House to discuss criminal justice reform after Joe Biden pardoned various non-violent drug users.

“I’m just here to help and to spread the word,” Kardashian said during the meeting.

“Every time I’ve gone and visited a prison, I’ve met some of the smartest individuals with the brightest ideas and to see the changes that are happening to make their reentry easier, I think, is going to be life changing and give so many people hope.”
