Democratic Rep. Maxwell Frost has falsely claimed that ICE agents are kidnapping, stealing and human trafficking illegal aliens.
During an appearance on Stephen Colbert’s Late Show, Frost was asked about his recent participation in the “No Kings” protest and his opposition to mass deportations.
He explained:
What is going on right now is actually not mass deportation even, because people aren’t being given due process. There is no legal process for people,.
We have ICE federal agents pulling up, terrorizing our communities, hopping out of unmarked vans, stealing and yes, kidnapping people, not giving them their day in court and yes, human trafficking them to other nations, other countries around the entire world.
I’d like to be very clear about what is going on right now, so people understand that what is going on, I believe, is outside the bounds of the law. Due process is something that applies to every person in this country, regardless of your status.
So this is from the party that likes to talk a lot about the American exceptionalism, but they want to rip away the few things that make our country actually exceptional. And part of that is the fact that our rights are for everybody.

Frost, who was first elected in 2023 aged 25 and remains the youngest member of Congress, is known to be on the far-left of the Democratic Party.
Back in April, Frost traveled all the way to El Salvador to meet with the deported illegal alien Kilmar Abrego-Garcia.
However, his trip ended in humiliation after he was denied entry to the prison facility.

In the run-up to the 2024 presidential election, Frost argued that calling Kamala Harris a “DEI hire” was equivalent to using the N-word.
“Whenever you hear DEI, I want you to think about the N-word,” he declared at the time. “I want you to think about racial slurs. That’s what they actually mean.”
