Sean Diddy Combs’ Lawyer Says ‘Inhumane’ Brooklyn MDC Prison Serves Maggot-Infested, Expired Food in Letter to the Judge

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will remain in prison awaiting sentencing.

Prison food is a nightmare for Diddy.

As we reported yesterday (4), Federal Judge Arun Subramanian for the 5th time denied bail for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs as the disgraced mogul rapper awaits sentencing in his high-profile criminal case.

And today, a report arises on the defense’s brief letter’ that was submitted to the Judge as part of the bail motion to get him released from prison pending his October sentencing.

In the filing, Diddy’s defense makes harsh claims about his prison conditions in the Brooklin MDC facility, where he has been imprisoned since his arrest last September.

Page Six reported:

“In the filing, obtained by Page Six, the attorney claimed that Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center is an ‘inhumane’ facility.

‘MDC routinely serves food that is expired or infested with maggots’, Agnifilo alleged in the document, going on to reference a picture. ‘The maggot-infested food captured in that photo is, unfortunately, not an uncommon experience’, he wrote.”

Judge Subramanian said Diddy can’t prove he is not a danger to society.

Diddy has been found guilty of two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution, while acquitted of the charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

As per the sentencing guidelines, the rapper faces a maximum of 20 years in prison – 10 for each count.

“Agnifilo immediately requested that Combs be released on bail following the July 2 conviction, which Subramanian denied.

The judge noted that he denied the Bad Boy Records founder bail ahead of the trial and saw ‘no reason to reach the opposite conclusion’ after the fact.”

Diddy faces a maximum of 20 years in jail.

“Agnifilo referred to Subramanian’s [bail] denial as ‘unfair’ over the weekend, writing, ‘Hellbent on punishing [Combs] for being a user of prostitution services in a more draconian manner than anyone in U.S. history, the government continues to target him’.”

The lawyer claimed that the ‘exceptional circumstances’ warranted a release on bail.
