At least two people were killed on Thursday following the attack by a single man wearing an IED belt who stabbed four people at a synagogue in Manchester, UK on Yom Kippur.
The terrorist was pictured wearing what looked like an IED belt outside the the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Manchester.

Police warned bystanders to get back after identifying a suicide belt strapped to the killer.
