Keir Starmer, Prince Andrew, and Chinese official (and alleged spymaster) Cai Qi.

Two controversy-prone British elite figures united in the same espionage scandal.

It will surprise absolutely no one to learn that failing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is bogged in yet another scandal.

This time, prosecutors believe a Chinese official was running a massive intelligence-gathering operation to steal British secrets with the help of parliamentary researcher Christopher Cash and China-based English teacher Christopher Berry, who was accused of passing sensitive intelligence from Parliament to the CCP.

Both deny any wrongdoing, and the case against them collapsed when it was just about to go to trial last month, after the Starmer Government refused to label China an ‘enemy’.

The head of domestic security service MI5 has just seemingly rebuked the Labour Prime Minister over the case collapse, insisting: ‘I will never back off from confronting threats to the UK’.

Keir Starmer: from crisis to scandal and back, in a loop.

But this time around, Starmer’s scandal has also engulfed disgraced Prince Andrew, who has met the alleged spymaster at the center of the case at least three times.

The Telegraph reported:

“The Duke of York held meetings in 2018 and 2019 with Cai Qi, one of the most senior members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and a close ally of Xi Jinping, China’s president.

Mr. Cai is understood to be the final recipient of sensitive information allegedly passed to China by Christopher Berry and Christopher Cash, the two British nationals accused of spying for Beijing.”

Another day, another ‘Randy Andy’ scandal.

“Prince Andrew met the senior CCP leader at least three times in both London and Beijing during the time period when Mr. Berry and Mr. Cash are alleged to have been recruited by China for espionage.

The disclosures of Prince Andrew’s links to the senior CCP official were made as the Government faces fresh scrutiny over crucial witness statements in the case of the alleged spies, with the head of MI5 expressing his frustration over its handling.”

It bears reminding that Andrew, aside from the multiple scandals linked to his long and deep link with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was already involved in another controversy over his friendship with a different alleged Beijing spy, Yang Tengbo, who was running around the highest circles of the British establishment.

Andrew was involved with alleged Chinese spy Yang Tengbo.
