Paul Ingrassia: President Trump’s Fearless Fighter for Accountability Faces Senate Confirmation Hearing Thursday!

This Thursday at 10 a.m., the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will convene one of the most consequential hearings of the Trump era: the confirmation of Paul Ingrassia to lead the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC).

Paul Ingrassia is one of us — a former writer here at The Gateway Pundit who has fought on the front lines of the information war for years. That’s exactly why the Deep State is panicking.

In plain English: the Office of Special Counsel investigates the government itself — its agencies, employees, and political appointees — to make sure they obey federal law and don’t abuse their power. Whoever runs this office can expose corruption deep within the system. That’s why the Left is in full meltdown mode over Ingrassia’s nomination.

If confirmed, Ingrassia could be one of President Trump’s secret weapons in his mission to dismantle government corruption and restore integrity to Washington.

President Trump believes in Paul Ingrassia. Now, the Senate must vote YES to President Trump’s nominee.

The Office of Special Counsel isn’t just another bureaucratic agency — it’s one of the few watchdogs that can hold powerful officials accountable.

To put it precisely:

  • The OSC is an independent federal investigative and prosecutorial agency that investigates wrongdoing inside the federal government.

  • It enforces the Hatch Act, which limits political activity by government employees.

  • It protects whistleblowers who expose waste, fraud, and abuse.

  • And it holds agencies accountable when they violate ethics or merit-based hiring laws.

  • In other words, the OSC’s job is to keep the government honest. And that’s exactly what terrifies the Left.

The outrage machine is already in overdrive. The corporate media and Democrat operatives are calling Ingrassia “controversial” or “inexperienced” simply because he refuses to bow to the permanent bureaucracy. Their timed hit pieces rolled out right on cue this week — just days before his hearing.

What they really fear is a reformer who understands the system, knows where it’s broken, and has the guts to fix it.

Ingrassia has been a loyal America First champion since the famous escalator ride. On the campaign trail, his political commentary and legal analysis relentlessly exposed the lawfare campaigns of Letitia James, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith. That work didn’t just resonate with the base — it earned the respect of President Trump himself. The President cited Ingrassia’s analysis in court on multiple occasions, alongside renowned scholars such as Alan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley. Over the last two years, Ingrassia’s insights have been reposted on Truth Social at least one hundred times.

Since January, Ingrassia has served as the White House Liaison (WHL) for two of the most critical agencies in this administration: the Department of Justice (January–February) and the Department of Homeland Security (February–present). In these roles, he vetted, interviewed, and helped hire key political appointees — acting as a crucial bridge between the agencies and the Presidential Personnel Office.

At DHS, his portfolio has been substantial: helping stand up teams and talent across FEMA, ICE, CBP, TSA, and the Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans, among others. That is real leadership in the trenches — not cable-news punditry, but the daily work of ensuring agencies execute the President’s agenda with competence and integrity.

Predictably, far-left outlets like MSNBC, Politico and the New York Times have tried to smear Ingrassia with baseless claims, including insinuations of anti-Semitism. The truth tells a different story. Ingrassia has earned support from prominent Jewish organizations — including the Israel Heritage Foundation, the Zionist Organization of America, and Combating Anti-Semitism — as well as strong backing from Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun, the President’s nominee charged with combating anti-Semitism. These letters of support, already filed with the HSGAC, demolish the fake news media narrative.

Here’s the bottom line: Paul Ingrassia combines fresh energy with proven results. He understands how the bureaucracy has been used to punish ideological opponents — and how to restore fairness. He has the courage to call out selective enforcement of the Hatch Act and the integrity to protect all federal employees from political retaliation, regardless of party.

The Office of Special Counsel needs a reset — a leader who will enforce the rules evenly, protect whistleblowers, and return merit to the center of the civil service. Ingrassia is that leader. The smear campaign against him is a badge of honor: it means he’s over the target.

On Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET, senators will have a chance to show whether they support a fair, depoliticized federal workforce — or the status quo that punishes dissent and rewards partisan loyalty. For those who genuinely care about accountability, transparency, and results, confirming Paul Ingrassia to lead the OSC is the obvious choice.

Pray for our friend Paul Ingrassia!

Remember, in the end GOD WINS.
