Acting US Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba on Monday fired off a warning shot to anybody who plans to cheat in the hotly contested New Jersey Gubernatorial Election.
Republican Jack Ciattarelli will face off against Democrat Rep. Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ) in the governor’s race.
Meanwhile, in Virginia, Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears and Democratic Rep. Abigail Spanberger are also competing for the governor’s seat, and in New York City, Democrat Socialist Zohran Mamdani vyes for Mayor against Democrat Chris Cuomo.
“The US. Attorney’s Office will coordinate with our partners at the FBI to respond to complaints related to the upcoming general election,” Habba announced in a video on X.
“This office will investigate and prosecute any criminal activity related to the election process, including intimidating or bribing voters, buying and selling voters, impersonating voters, altering voting ballots and tallies, stuffing ballot boxes, and marking ballots for voters against their wishes or without their input.”

And it will do so regardless of who commits those crimes and regardless of party or affiliation.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Jack Ciattarelli has closed in on Mikie Sherrill’s massive 20-point lead in the New Jersey contest.
The race is currently in a dead heat, and turnout is expected to determine the winner. Ciatarelli has gained the support of 48% of voters to Sherrill’s 49%.

The Democrats on Saturday sent in Barack Obama in a desperate bid to revive Sherrill’s campaign, The Gateway Pundit reported.
