A Florida teacher won his lawsuit against the Orange County School District after they forced him to take down an inspirational poster of Charlie Kirk.
The poster read: “Never underestimate the power of your voice and the impact you can have on the world when you speak up for what you believe in.”

This quote on free speech was too much for the far left school district so they forced him to take it down.
The Florida teacher, William Loggans, threatened to sue the Orange County School District for the right to hang the poster in his classroom.
Loggans also has posters of MLK Jr., Rosa Parks, Ronald Reagan and Mohammad Ali, among others.
WESH 2 News reported on the poster controversy.
This forced the Orange County School District to back down.
Loggans was told this week that he can hang the Charlie Kirk poster in his classroom. This was a big win for free speech – an American tradition.
What a great teacher!
FOX News reported:
A Florida teacher restored a Charlie Kirk poster after winning a lawsuit against a school district that forced him to remove it after a student complained about it.
“This is quite a victory, and it’s not my victory – this victory is the students’ victory,” William Loggans told Fox News Digital.
Loggans went on to say, “Instead of being told what they can have or what kind of inspirational quotes they can have in the room and on the person, now they can hear different viewpoints. They can make up their own minds. And so, this is a clear victory for my students and, frankly, for students across this nation.”
